This standard specifies the safety requirements applicable to stationary and transportable plants for the production of asphalt mixing materials used for the construction and maintenance of traffic routes (roads,highways,airfields,etc[WTBZ].[WTF2]),water retaining works,dam walls,culverts,etc[WTBZ].
b) 冷料搅拌设备;
c) 沥青材料再生处理设备;
d) 天然沥青处理设备;
e) 沥青结合料存储设备。
本标准涉及有关沥青混合料搅拌设备预定使用和在制造商可预见的条件下使用时的所有重大危险(见第4章)。本标准规定了消除或减小这些重大危险所产生风险的适当技术措施。
本标准未涉及可燃气体引发的危险,也未涉及由机械式和气动式输送设备引发的危险,例如带式给料机、螺旋给料机、板式给料机、转阀、带式输送机、螺旋输送机、气动输送机、压缩机和泵。
本标准不适用于在生产沥青混合料过程中移动的机械,也不适用于生产混凝土的机械。
本标准适用于其实施之日后制造的机械。
